This policy explains how the Foldique app (“Foldique”, package com.zarghamlabs.foldique) and the website foldique.com handle information. Foldique is published by Zargham Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the USA (“we”, “us”).

Short version: Foldique has no accounts. Your puzzle progress, stars, collection and settings stay on your phone. We don’t sell personal data. The ad-supported version shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses device identifiers as described below.

1. Information that stays on your device

• Puzzle progress, stars, hints and undo counts, daily puzzle history, collected pictures, cosmetic themes and settings.
• Records of rewards you earned from optional videos, so a reward is granted exactly once.

We have no server that receives this information. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

2. Advertising

Foldique shows ads from Google AdMob: banner and native ads on some menu screens, occasional full-screen ads between completed puzzles or when you return to the app after a while, and optional reward videos you choose to watch. Ads never interrupt an active fold board. Optional videos offer hints and other in-game rewards. AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad interaction data to serve, measure and (with your consent where required) personalise ads, and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and wherever else it is required, we ask for your consent using Google’s consent tool before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in the app’s privacy settings, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. If you buy the optional ad removal, the app stops requesting banner and between-puzzle ads. Reward videos remain available only when you choose them.

3. Analytics and crash reports

To understand which puzzles are too hard and to fix crashes, Foldique uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They receive gameplay events (for example puzzle started, fold made, hint used, puzzle completed), app version, device model and OS version, and crash diagnostics. We do not send your name, email, contacts, precise location, finger paths or anything you type. Where consent is required, analytics follow your consent choice.

4. Purchases

Optional in-app items are sold through Google Play. Google handles payment; we never see your payment details. The app receives purchase confirmations from Google Play to unlock what you bought on your device and to restore it after a reinstall.

5. Information we do not collect

No account, name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos or files.

foldique.com does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting and network providers (including Cloudflare) process standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and delivery.

8. Children

Foldique is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children.

9. Your rights and deleting data

Local game data: uninstall the app. Advertising data: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Analytics data: see Delete data. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to processing. Contact us at [email protected].

10. Security and transfers

All network traffic from the app uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Google may process data in the United States and other countries under its own safeguards.
