These terms apply to the Foldique app and foldique.com, provided by Zargham Labs LLC. By using Foldique you agree to them.
1. Using Foldique
You may use Foldique for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app to break the law or interfere with its services.
2. Content
Puzzles, pictures, sounds, text and design are original works owned by Zargham Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Picture shards, stars and themes are in-game items with no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged.
3. Ads and optional videos
Ads never interrupt an active fold board. Optional videos offer hints and other in-game rewards. Rewards from optional videos are granted only after the ad network confirms the video was completed.
4. Purchases
Optional purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies. Ad removal is permanent and covers banners and between-puzzle ads across all current and future modes unless we clearly say otherwise before you buy. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep Foldique running and offline-friendly, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them.
